Red cosmetic campaign celebrates the brand's current Holiday 2014 collection. Model Soo Joo Park is at the center of the advertisements which feature crimson hues only, displaying the beauty of the festive color palette to fans of the label. Inspired by the iconic Walt Disney full length feature film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, London-based designer has designed an exclusive collection for iconic Parisian store colette, that will close its door on December 20, 2017 unfortunately. Marking the 80th anniversary of the groundbreaking animated feature, the collection centers on the scene stealing dwarfs re-imagined in technicolor sequin motifs, boldly embroidered on t-shirts and fully sequined sweatshirts, bombers and dresses. 'Models are just like everyone else. They all have areas they want to chisel and tone, and to achieve this before a big event we increase the intensity of training by adding things like ankle weights, dumbbells and resistance bands.' But although training might kick up a gear in the run up to one of fashion's most hotly anticipated events, Ms Rogers said there are no days off for the angels at any time of year. 'I train her everywhere, at her home, at my home, in the gym, literally wherever we can get a workout in' 'Obviously when you are preparing for something specific like the fashion show, the girls bring some extra motivation and a little more of their A game. 'But models and trainers maintain a serious level of focus at all times, because no one wants to fall off the wagon completely as soon as an event is over.

'At every session, I ask the girls 'what are you here for' - everyone has their own specific goal in mind and I find this really kicks them into gear mentally.' Martha Hunt trains with Andrea year round and has called Xtend Barre her 'favourite workout' in the run up to the annual runway show.

'I love that it's specific to form – I feel taller afterwards! I think anything you can do that makes you feel good, stronger and helps you stretch is great,'. Breakfast: Eggs and avocado, sometimes with bacon. Lunch: Salad with heaps of veggies, usually prepared at home. Dinner: Chicken or salmon with greens.

Snacks: Chocolate protein smoothies as well as nuts and fruit throughout the day. Andrea does a full barre workout at least three times a week, but admitted if you want to live a healthy lifestyle moving your body is not enough: 'You need to put just as much focus on what's going into it, too. 'Since having my daughters, I look at my diet a little differently - I don't count calories, but I'm really focused on clean, non-processed and organic food. 'The biggest thing for me is how I feel after I eat. I focus on the food that fuels me, particularly healthy fats like avocado.

I had to cut bread out of my diet - it made me crash an hour after eating it, and I only drink alcohol once a month. 'I like to eat all varieties of food - I eat cookies and I take dessert, but not every day after every meal. 'I drink a Crave chocolate protein smoothie two or three times a day to keep my cravings for treats at bay.'
